I believe he was talking about the Octane not the tightspot.

I will be hunting 90% in a treestand and will have the quiver off the bow while doing so, so a tightspot, while very nice and a dream quiver for me, is not needed with that price.  Pianoman, do you have any other suggestions for a less expensive quiver that I can easily remove from the bow and hold 5 arrows?  There are too many options out there!

Get a Bohning Lynx at Wal-Mart for $30. If you're always going to take it off the bow, it doesn't matter.

Yes I was talking about the octane.
My tight spot will probably outlive me! :)

Ive been using the Octane for a year now and its an awesome quiver.  If your looking for something thats easy to get on and off you may want to do a search for an Alpine Soft Loc quiver. would fit your budget and your needs well I think. Kenny 8)

There's no point to buy the tightspot or octane if you're going to take it off.

I suggested the Alphine Soft Loc or Kwikee kwiver.

Just picked up a year old soft loc for 30 bucks in great condition from AT.  Hopefully this will do me well.

My 4 purchases last week on AT were flawless.
Just check the sellers rating/feedback and only buy from ones with 100% positive.  I had zero feedback but these 4 guys were willing to work with me, I now have 4 positives.  Sent them money via paypal and had the bow, sight, quiver and case at my door within 7 business days.
That site and their classifieds are set up very well,  Plus, the mods over there will help you out if something shady happens.
What bow are you looking at and who is the seller?

I picked up a hoyt quiver, looks really close to a tight spot but 40 bucks less which for me translated to $80 bucks less cause my boy needed one too.

I installed the quiver today, there is a slight rattle in the hood and I can't get it perfect.  It's not loud, but if you twang and arrow I hear a rattle.

Other than that slight annoyance, I really like it
