How much do you want to spend? Foxpro is probably the best. I haven't spent the money on one yet but probably will.

I have a Johnny Stewart, which sounds great but is inconvenient to use, because there's no remote. I've only got $75 into it though.

Are you wanting one for your spring bear hunt?

Always remember you get what you pay for!  My e caller was a Alfa Dogg made be premose.  It sounded good for a day, than is sounded like junk!!!(made in china)  I ended getting a Furry 2 FoxPro.  It's awesome.  The best part is it is made in the USA.  I don't mind spending extra money on products made in America.

WildfireII. 199.00. For another 50 you get the attached decoy. I love mine. I wish the remote worked further.

I just got a Foxpro spitfire (off this site).  Ive been playing with it and the remotes with the V4 software seem to work well.  On that topic is there any place to get good (and free!) calls?  I miss the days of Napster...perhaps we need a game call sharing network!

I also have a foxpro spitfire, and the attachable , Fox Jack 2 decoy.  I think its awsome! 36 soundsThe remote comtrols the decoy and the caller. It also has an extra speaker jack so you can add a speaker from radio shack.  Its small and very convenient. spend the extra $350 ish altogether. Got mine on sale for $250ish.

I'm pretty sure my spitfire only holds 24 sounds.

Not positive this link will work but here is the link to the Foxpro Free calls site.  If the link Doesn't work go to Foxpro.com and go to sounds there is a tab for free sounds. Also if interested they have a forum that also list items for sale several used caller s for sale right now.
I have the firestorm + foxjack with 50+ sounds so far and think it is the cats meow

Can you Record sounds on any of the callers?  I see it says 3 gb or 4 gb of storage on some of the callers. If anyone knows about prerecording sounds on these things any info helps.

Mine has a slot for a micro sd card.  Since it only holds 24 sounds I have two or three cards, each one for a different hunt.

If anyone wants to do a bulk file swap send me a pm, I would like to diversify my collection.
