franklin county GMU 379 any advice

my buddy and i are headed to franklin couny gmu 379 we live up in bellingham so i don't know much about the area. I'm just looking for some insight on the area good places to go. public/privet if possible are the farmers pretty open to letting people hunt there field if you ask. Ive been told there are allot of orchards. down that way.

Use to be some really good hunting. It burned pretty bad a few years back and got most of the olive pockets that the deer had for cover. Pretty big chunk of federal land that goes to the river. There will be plenty of people hunting there.

Majority of unit is private. If you already have permission on some land you should find a few deer. If you dont already have permission you might be a little late. ALot of those farmers hate it when guys come in and ask for permission right before season or during season.
