Yep. Or the guy doing it starting to unscrew the limbs to replace the string. Hard to say which. Hopefully it was just the wrong string and I don't have 1 limb that's way out of whack or something.

I didn't have any issues with the job The Nock Point did though. Way faster, way cheaper, and way better than the chop job Cabela's did. I'd certainly take the compound in there again, though it should be a while before I have to.

My experience with them pretty much echo's everyone else's on here.

A bit rough around the edges, just like most of us, and if it aint right they make it right.   :twocents:
May that for which I prepare never come to pass.

Stopped by on my way home to get my bow looked at because the peep had twisted on me when I had another shop adjust the draw weight. Bill greeted me when I entered the shop and asked if he could help me with anything. I told him about the peep and how I wanted to paper tune my bow. After looking at my bow he said the DW was off by 5 pounds and corrected it as well as rotated the peep.

He had me take a few practice shots to make sure the peep was where I wanted it. After that I took a few shots and he came over to see and everything checked out on paper. No charge and he was very friendly. I'll be back tomorrow to pick up my arrows that are being fletched.

I will definitely continue to come back to this shop!

Nock point knows bows, if they was closer or me closer to them, Bill would be the only pro archery shop to touch my bow, he tells it as it is, so someone talking bad of nock point probably thinks in people,I've been shooting 20 years, seen good & bad shop this one is awesome, just don't go to WILDERNESS ARCHERY IN BOW,WA they ripped me off, BOWTECH warrenty covered part free, they charged me for the free warrenty parts, BILL AT KNOCK POINT WOULD NEVER DO THIS, HOPE THIS HELPS,
