What are the rules for hunting around Dayton?  I don't need any honey holes, just want to know if there are any special draw rules and I assume it's 3 piont or better.

I'm not from Dayton, I've hunted there many years ago. Best place to find all the info you need: http://wdfw.wa.gov/hunting/index.html

P.S.: Whatever you do, Do NOT trespass anywhere near Dayton. If you are not sure if it is private property, stay off! The farmers and land owners there are passionate about prosecuting you if you trespass on their property.

Lot of good deer hunting around Dayton.  Those same landowners can also be receptive if approached before the season.  There is quite a bit of Feel Free To Hunt, Hunt by Written Permission near Dayton, as well as Forest and WDFW lands (Tucannon Wildlife Area) 15-20 east.  Upper Tucannon all Forest Service.
Both Mule deer and whitetail....yes...three point minimum.  Check season regulations.

Also might check at the Last Resort in the Tucannon.  They are the ones who issue hunting permits for quite a bit of private lands in that area where all the wind turbines are visible.  Here's their link....

  http://www.thelastresortrv.com/

Click the hunting and fishing report bar on the left....it describes the Wind Farm Access Program.  Hope this helps.  Oh...and all the country from Dayton to the Snake is good....more open.....same thing..permission or find Feel Free To Hunt etc.

the whole area is good hunting but it's no secret either during modern rifle every little spot that is feel free to hunt will have somebody on it.  As you get up higher into the national forest it's not as bad but the deer are fewer also.  The Tucannon is a war zone opening weekend, your taking your life in your own hands down there.  All that being said there will be some nice deer shot opening morning on feel free to hunt or public ground in the dayton gmu, there always is and hey somebody has gotta pull the trigger might as well be you.
