Great offer.  I'm taking my 14 year old out and I think we already have a place(s) we want to try.  This last week before youth opener is turning into a complete obsession.

I hope plenty of youths get into the birds next weekend.  I was awoken at 6:15 this AM by a tom 40 yards from my bedroom window.  We got in late last night and they must have roosted while we were out.  It sure surprised me.  I hope they stick around for my boys this weekend.

I sure hope we can make contact.  We will be trying again this year for my son with a bow.  He hasn't got a bird yet with an arrow.  We can't wait.  We are already going through our stuff over and over.  We set up the pop up blind today just in case we get rain in the forcast and decide to use it.  Not sure if we'll end up on private or public.  We are praying to the turkey gods for access to our favorite private field.

I am looking for somewhere to take my 13 year old. We were scouting Colville area last weekend, saw a lot of Turkeys , but on private land. If any one knows and or can give a kid an opportunity let us know.
