Nice diversity of photos, How do you remember where your cams are exactly when they're in remote areas? Do you have markers, or do you use something like a gps?

I use flagging ribbon. And tie ribbon on branches on my way out. A GPS would work well too cause no one could follow your ribbons. I also have an app on my iPhone that's called antler insanity and I can mark my exact location and it drops a pin on the map and I can label it.

What I do Is picking something in the area that stands out and use that as a marker. :tup:

Found a good wallow to set one of the cams on. Every time I've gone to that wallow this year there is bulls near it. Today there was 2 bulls and 3 cows about 120 yards from the wallow. The bulls sat there and watched me and just bugled the whole time while i was looking at the pictures and changing the SD card. So it was a fun day today before work.

For that area you really won't find deer shed because most of the bucks there migrate to a different area. But the elk I haven't really shed hunted up there but after this year I know where they always are. So I plan on shed hunting that area for elk in late march early April.
