my first buckboard bacon

  Got it all sliced up, and going to feed some to the kid for a test run tonight.  It looks good but I think it's going to be more like ham :dunno:

Look's good. When you get it bigger like that it still tastes like bacon but eats more like ham :chuckle: Which there is nothing wrong with that! That reminds me I have about 80lbs of pork to do in the next few weeks before things get crazy :yike:
