I would have to say bobcat . . . First off, look at it's size in comparison to the 'rut' of the road there.  It can't be more than 3 feet long.  It'd have to be a very young cougar if it were.  Even at that, young cougars have their long tails. 



Neat picture none-the-less! Cat pictures seem to be few and far between for me!
