Margaret Unit to be opened to everyone??????? Is this true?

all right ,in aug i will get a date set and have a open invatation.it would be fun to get to meet some of you guys.plus if i am showing you guys some elk  it will make me do some extra scouting.  i bet if you guys cant wait until aug(only 9 months)   you could go to hwy 504 in a few months with some good glass and spot some dandys

I think the state makes to much money in special permits for that area why would they throw that away and make it open to everyone? I bet they just give out more permits
