Was a beer can chicken smoked in my brinkman with walnut! My first whole chicken in it and it came out phenomenal! Wife complained it was "to juicy"

never heard that one yet!

Nope just a dry rub and injected it with a garlic butter combo

Mmm getting hungry again

. Dad brought his smoker hunting one year and spent the afternoon /evening smoking meat. Well after being out since before daylight til about dark I get back hungry to find they devoured all the red meat. I was left with a whole smoked chicken. Not one bit left, deeeelicious:).
