archery head shot or body

So I havent decided if I want to head shoot a turkey with bullheads of body shoot one with some rage expandibles? I know its a small target either way and I know im capable of hitting a head every shot out to 35yds just not sure the big bulled is a good choice if theres heavy brush and sticks around.

Turkeys are pretty much bobble-heads, 35 yrds and they could move their head a foot before your arrow even gets close.
