I am thinking late June, early July. With the way the snow pack is this year, late June should be doable no problem.

Is this still a go? I just installed 4.10 gears and lockers front/rear in the Jeep.

I'm still game if someone has an empty seat for me. It will still be a couple weeks though. I just saw a TR from the area and there is still a decent amount of snow on that ridgeline. Hopefully this warm weather coming with knock that down though.

Any idea on a date?
I'm out the next couple of weekends, but he the weekend of July 12 open, so far. Or later in the month but the weekend of the 20th I'm busy.

I think the weekend of the 12th would give the snow a bit of a chance to melt (as well as give me more time to plan.)

Hey justsaw this thread and thought COOL. I was thinking about taking a run up there one of these days just to check it out. Could ya use company? I don't know about a weekender but I could be up for a day trip and some scouting depending on the date, can't mess with my salmon fishing.

Finished up the install of the gears and lockers in the Jeep today. Took it for a test drive.

What do you have? Chances are a highly modified offroad rig won't be needed. That just happens to be what I drive.
Here is some pics I've seen from the trail.

Use a Sawz-all, you can fit 35s under it very easily!

Is there a date for this scouting trip? I got drawn for Muzzy cow elk in Willipa Hill and need to my weekends. Not thinking filling my cow tag will be difficult I just haven't been down there for years and with the new Weyco rules need to relearn my way around.
