Do you prefer it on your belt/waist or something like a shoulder harness?

Hands down....Look at www.gunfightersinc.com

They are local to Leavenworth WA and he does custom kydex conceal holsters.   He will also make you a mag pouch that matches. Adam is great guy to deal with and he backs his work.  He made me one for my Kimber Solo and I couldn't be happier.

I use Don Hume model 715M.. good holster, seasonably priced, some of mine are over 10 years old.. (iwb)

There are lots of other posts on here regarding the gunfighters holsters and they really look like a good set up, and get good reviews.
