Madeline uses the Rbros 6.5 for her first kill
« on: April 15, 2013, 12:35:56 PM »
My friend, Madeline, went with me after rock chucks. She had not filled her deer tag last year and I was curious to see how she would do on a live target.
She hammered this 'chuck at 145 yards with my RBros 6.5X47 Lapua using the 100 grain A-Max bullet.
She educated two then finished the day with a 201 yard shot that produced a nice aerial.
She is hooked!

Very nice! A deer should be easy after success with smaller critters!
