Pressure shouldn't be any more than usual.

It will.  They closed little Naches again.  It was a zoo in 2009 and will be again.  7 miles in and you couldn't get away from people.

I must have missed it - is there a link to proposed (but done deal) rule changes for 2013?

Hunt along the little naches river west of hwy 410 in the bumping unit. With spike or cow this should be a fairly easy hunt!
I kill elk and eat elk, when I'm not, I'm thinking about killing elk and eating elk.

It doesn't matter what you think...

As of now I plan on heading to the Bumping, this will be my last year to hunt elk for awhile (getting stationed in Missouri next year), so I would really like to put a tag on one, I don't know much about the area, or elk hunting either, but I'm going to spend as much time as I can scouting and do my best to seal the deal.

I'll be in Bumping.  Filled my cow tag there this last year.

I think I'm going to brave the masses and bowhunt the Bumping this year.  Getting stationed here a 1-1/2 year ago, this is my second elk season, and of course my first one in that GMU.  Once my kids are out of school next week, we're going camping at Bumping Lake, plan is to beging to familiarize myself with the area and start my scouting process.  Not looking for any "honey-holes" but if I could get a steer in at least a decent direction, I'd appreciate it.

If your looking somewhere you can drive to and hunt from check out Timber wolf MT. or Cache Prairie. If your looking for somewhere to hike into, check out Indian creek meadows. Good Look
A bad day in the woods is better than a good day at work.
