A friend took this pic, I seen it on his phone (and a bunch of other pics not pasted on the interweb) before it got pasted all over FB and everywhere else so I know exactly where this bear was

Perhaps! but I just wonder how long before an overzealous bear hunter has a accident and the fed's get involved, since there is more than just that one!! if it's where I think it is.
I have already been given a heads up that they will be serious if a mistake happens.
