I'm waiting on the Valles Caldera results to be posted.  The VC posts them on their web page after NM G&F results are posted.  If you didn't apply to NM G&F too, you can't tell if you won the VC lottery until they update their web page.

16B, Sept 1st-10th.  Took about 6 years to draw it again! How was your hunt last year in 16A?

We had the second hunt.  It was good.  A little hot, and the bulls were only firing for a short time in the am.  I had some opportunities but ultimately ate my tag.  My cousin shot a nice bull.

Nothing here. Good luck on the gila. I had the rifle tag there 2 years ago. Beautiful country

Ouch, that sucks man.  $800 tag. That's some expensive tag soup. My schedule prohibited me from applying for any rifle or muzzy hunts. I was going to do archery but when I saw the archery harvest odds of 10-20% I decided that it was too expensive to comfortably put in and not get a butt kickin from the wifey.

Just checked.  All three lines were bright red.

 :bash: :bash: :bash:

Good luck to all who drew!
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.”
