Central WA Birds

Buddy and I got into a bunch of birds on Sunday, problem was they didn't want to commit and come in. We then had another hunter overhear the conversation and try to make a play on the birds. The birds headed up the ridge talking very little as my partner and I hiked to get infront of them and cut them off. We reached the ridge top just minutes before 5 tom's trotted by. A quick you take the lead bird and I'll take the 2nd was all it took and we were done by 715am. Both sported identical 9" beards. Now I can concentrate on spring bear.
