2013 WBA Bow Raffle Oneida Osprey set-up
« on: April 22, 2013, 08:46:59 PM »
This year the WBA will again be raffling off a bow as a fundraiser for the club. This years bow is a 2013 Oneida Osprey Red Reaper 35-55. This bow is SWEET!!!! The guys at RPM bowfishing set it up with a Ti20 reel (with Monkey wire) Victory rest, Vise reel seat and a Sticker Gripper arrow holder. And a nice case to carry it in. Total value of $900!!!

We'll be selling raffle tickets at all of this year's shoots. Tickets are $5 each, or 5 for $20. We'll be drawing the lucky winner at our Tri-Cities shoot on June 29th, 6:00 pm. You do not need to be present to win.

Feel free to email or message me with any questions.

See ya'll at Spawn-a-thon!!!!

Haha!!! That sounds about right,  4 Makos to do the work of one Oneida. You better come down to Spawn-a-thon to get your raffle tickets.

:chuckle: I cant tell you how many fish I killed with my black eagle. Way more then I could dream of with my Oneida. I could work on all my bows but the Oneida always made me flinch. I have the timing cables jump off the rollers once and I said no more! :chuckle:

Totally get that. I had a BPS shotgun that always would malfunction, didn't matter the load or the weather. Loved the design, Hated the unreliability, sold it. Came across another one a few years later for a good deal. Bought it up and it's been the best shotgun I've ever used.  CarpSniper, You better come back to the Dark Side.

Was your Black Eagle an Oneida? That's what I'm shooting currently BE1.

Yeah it was the original black eagle with wood outboard limbs painted in that carbon looking paint.

My waterfowl gun is a bps as well. Love mine my hired guy got one in 10g and had tons of extraction problems.  He finally got it fixed but it gave him fits for awhile.

I don't do the shoot's. It's right in the full swing of hay and I have bow fishing clients on the weekends. So hard for me to pull away to play for myself :chuckle:

Yeah we mainly get one dry land cutting. We have about 400 acres of irrigated but depending on the year we may or may not run it for a 2nd cutting. Then right into grain harvest. We start the end of may or first of June every year on hay. Just depends on the weather. No putting hay off and when it's time to work it's time to work :chuckle:

Scott (Stickers),

I can vouch for Jesse he is legal now. He gets that magical piece of paper in five weeks! We are having a party at my house shortly after. The party will include putting a full tank of gas in his vehicle and then throwing all of his belongings into the front, with the sprinklers on!

Just kidding but if he does win that Oneida, I think he should give to his dad as compensation for 18 years of pain and suffering.

I'd probably sell him tickets anyways since I know how much he loves the sport.

You and I need to go out shooting soon!!!
