Funny. People didn't want to believe a wolf got hit on I-90 near Post Falls either. Why is this so hard to believe? Are wolves thought to be too smart to get run over by cars? Happens to deer all the time. Why not wolves?

I regularly drive by coyotes and deer. I often have to stomp and swerve to avoid the deer, and yet I can't manage to safely nail a yote with my rig. The predator eyes must help them survive.

I'm going to drive over Blewett with elk meat strapped to my bumper!

:chuckle: That's hilarious, you should probably spray some cow elk scent of the your car as well to add to the realism.

I would paint my truck to look like a sheep but Houndhunter might get a little "frisky" with it hindering my ability to target wolves.

Kind of weird there isn't a pic of it floating around.  Usually when something cool gets hit by a motor vehicle you usually see a pic of it.  That's right  It was probably a yote if you ask wdfw

:hello:

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

Judging by some of the previous posters comments....... is it so hard to believe that "breaking news" might be posted here first?   :)
