Thank you for your service and sacrifice.
My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

The family was just notified late last night or this morning. I don't know if he had a wife or children. the unit was told this morning at 0600. This hit me a lot harder then I thought it would. I only knew him on here but my wife worked with him daily. He had only just got into country on the 12Th. He had just sent me a massage asking me to get his tree stand. I'm not sure I can not right now. I'm sorry guy I'm a little scatter brained right now. He was a damn good. I had a lot of respect for him, enough I had asked him to look after my wife while they where over there. I'm still tearing up. You will be missed my friend.

No good as he just started his thread about heading back to the sand box.  Unfortunate loss.  As he contributed a lot over the past several years.  RIP.

Thank you for the information, sucks to be the bearer of news like this.

Because I Fly

Because I fly
I laugh more than other men
I look up an see more than they,
I know how the clouds feel,
What it's like to have the blue in my lap,
to look down on birds,
to feel freedom in a thing called the stick...

who but I can slice between God's billowed legs,
and feel then laugh and crash with His step
Who else has seen the unclimbed peaks?
The rainbow's secret?
The real reason birds sing?
Because I Fly,
I envy no man on earth.
