Will be hunting deer in MT this year.

 Drew the combo but chose to return the elk portion if i did not draw a special permit.

I drew :chuckle:   then I noticed that Thanksgiving is on the 4th thursday of the month, but Montana changed the end date to Dec 1,,,,, what a great state too hunt....

Drew the deer/elk combo.

All of the seasons are starting later there this year, it's just how the calendar falls.  Archery doesn't open until the 7th of September this year.
