Meopta bino's, anyone have experiences with them?
« on: June 04, 2013, 05:19:25 PM »
I've read one good article on them, they were compared to the swarovski slc's 10x42 neu hd's and the author picked them as equal with the only complaint being the non locking focus on the Meopta. The best part if they are equal is they are only 999.00 compared to 2,100. And they come with a lifetime limited warrenty. I myself have never heard of them, how about you guys?

A friend of mine with a bunch of high end gear has a few Meopta rifle scopes that he runs and likes them a lot.

I have a pair of the 10 x 50s and love them, my brother has Swarovski's and we could tell a slight difference in quality but not enough that I would spend the extra grand. I picked mine up in the bargain cave for just over $600.00.

my old has the binos and loves them. I can tell a little difference between my swaro slc but not worth the extra money.  I liked his binos enough to buy meoptas spotting scope and I have no regrets. Good quality glass for the money.
