Words Can't Describe What Is Happening Here!

Sure you can!  It's what happens when you get a group of proud Americans together.  Proud of their country, proud of their service men and proud of their friends.  We will take care of our own.  Never under estimate a group of passionate people.
Very well said Jason

Kicking around a couple ideas for donating to the auction. #1 idea : Send the Blanchard Family for a weekend stay for up to 18 people at Buck  Canyon Lodge-- meals and lodging provided.Value at $1800. Do you think people would bid to provide the Blanchards a get-a way to Lake Roosevelt?? or #2 idea would be a semi-guided archery hunt for 2 hunters checking in Sept.6th and checking out the morning of Sept 9th. Value $800. Lodging, meals, access to private land, scouting, stand placement are all included.  What does everyone think????? Let me know.
Thanks for all for your past support...We officially pulled the plug and have retired from the Biz. Still dabble a little in real estate.

what if we got together and bid to send the familly there ? If you give a discounted rate and any thing over that said amount could go strait into the fund or travel expences  if all the regs kicked in ten bucks we could blow it out of the park.

We could pick an already donated item to sell and redirect the funds to send the family to Buck Canyon Lodge if you like that idea. We'd have to choose an item, get the green light from whoever donated it as far as them being ok with what we do with the proceeds from the item, then sell it for enough money to pay B.C.L.

Just a thought.

I don't really have any more insight as to how to go about this, and I've got my hands full with all the auctions, but if someone wanted to take the reigns on this, I'll help however I can.

Updated the Timbertech post with some pictures.  The gray didn't come through very well on the bottom photo.

BCL - either is an incredible offer and would be a get addition to support Aaron's family. I would suggest that if you want to host the family, it should be set up for contribution. If you go with the hunt, I think auction would be of great intrest. Either choice... again...leaves me speechless! Just awesome!

lope - I continued to be blown away by your commitment and generosity. Your time spent and efforts to bring this all together, embody what makes this site so great!! Thank you for making it possible for everyone to help! That goes for all the players in this effort, you have all left the masses in aawwhh!!

Probably the wrong place to post this but, after getting approval from BLRman I am in the works to have a custom logo printed on Aaron's favorite Blaze and Yellow Blazer vanes.  Haven't gotten the quotes in yet from Bohning and AAE, but our hope is we can give away enough vanes to each archer who donates or enters the Joshua Cup to fletch at least a dozen arrows.  Sort of a "Take the memory of Colockumelk hunting with you this year" type of thing.  Wouldn't it be cool if every bowhunter you ran into in Washington this season was shooting two orange and one yellow vane with a Colockumelk logo on it?

Still working on a logo that will fit the limited space.  But this is what I am thinking...

If we can not get the timing to work out on the vanes we might try the same idea with a patch of some sort.
