O.K I am slowly gaining on my clean up mess from our turkey hunting trip ... just made up another brine which smells Soooooo Gooooood !  Here it is :

4 cups apple cider
1 cup of Soy sauce
1 tb spoon of chopped garlic
1 bottle of Italian dressing
1/2 tps of onion powder
1/2 tps of pepper
2 tb spoons of salt   ( SOAK FOR ABOUT 10 HOURS )

I cut my breasts into strips that way the brine soaks in good and they are easier to smoke and does not take but 8 to 10 hours to smoke ...Once they have smoked for about 5 hours I take 1/2 cube of butter and melt it in the micro (couple seconds) then I add about 5 table spoons of honey and stir well ...then I go out to the smoker and brush on the butter mixture with a cooking brush ...I repeat this one more time about an hour so before I pull them out ....Then I place it a zip lock bag after they cool for awhile and refrigerate ..let them set in the frig for acouple days so the juices have time to come out and They are ready to eat !!!   Yummy ...can not wait ...I will show ya when they get done
