FYI, this is great stuff. I built a 12 x 16' elevated deck out of this material last spring and it still looks like new.  :tup:

Quality product. I deal with it quite a bit and once it's down it has ZERO maintenance. Well I suppose you have to sweep it  :tup:

I'm a Superintendent for a high end residential building company in Seattle. We do a fair number of houseboats and use either this product or Ipe a lot due to its weather resistant qualities.

Please don't make me have to bid on this. I have a half finished storage shed in the back yard, a spring bear tag, and many other projects to work on; but at this price I will have to get it and re-do the entry porch to my home.  >:(
