Are there any turkeys near Leavenworth

I have to be in Leavenworth for a week and was wondering if anyone was willing to point me in the direction of some areas with some turkeys thanx Jim

It looks like great turkey country but I'm not quite sure on birds. Drive down the road a ways towards wenatchee. There are birds around peshatin, monitor, and through there.

Probably .... I've never hunted there for turkey, but know there are  birds around Twisp ...

There was just a post the other day about a guy locking up birds so hunters can't shoot em. Maybe Derby Canyon I think it was? :dunno:

Yeah the turkey jailer is up derby. I've always heard of birds being up there but never hunted it for them there. Tarpiscan in the colockum has birds but you're looking at an hours drive or more from redneck Germany
