I don't imagine there will be much sighting in to be done with the new string.  I did move the rest a little (1/16") to the left and the nock set up a little (also 1/16").  But if you gang adjust the sight at 20 yards all the rest should fall right back into place.  I'm shooting your bow at 9 yards using the 30 yard pin.  Impact is 1" high and 3/8" left of the spot.  Not sure where your 30 pin crosses at close distance. :dunno:  But my bows all do it at 9 yards.  So you should be very close.

I did change your D-Loop configuration a little as well.  Kept the longer length as you requested.  But I adjusted the way it is located so the release sits directly behind the arrow nock.  That could potentially change things more than the adjustments to the rest or nockset.  You should still be close though!
Sounds good. Dont think my pins were setup to accurate distances anyhow. Dont have a range really. Gonna have to hit up my club and see what kinda ranges they have. Only been there once. Havent shot there yet.

Ooops, I mistyped the close distance.  Seven yards is where my close distance passes the 30 pin mark.  Seven yards is also the distance I have been shooting your bow.  My curtain is nine yards, but I'm shooting your arrows into a Block.  Close enough :dunno:

Elk at 7 yards you can probably use ALL your pins :chuckle:  You might be slightly different as it depends on peep height and peep to sight distance.  But you should be pretty close.  At close distances it changes pretty quick as my 20 and 10 yard are the same and my five yard and 40 yard mark are the same.

Glad you liked em man, I love the bow it turned out greatt... Go figure about 10 minutes ago I was doing some night practice on the 3d coyotes.

3rd and last arrow released... big ol fat rabbit runs out infront of me at about 10 yards :bash: If I woulda waited like 10 more seconds to let go of that last arrow I could have nailed him to the ground.
That always happens to me, I tried to sneak out to my target and pull arrows, by the time I got my eyes back on him with an arrow nocked there was a house directly behind him. Oh well, theyre always in the yard. Just never when Im armed :chuckle:

How far were the sights off?  Are you seeing any improvement in how it shoots?  Or just in how quiet it is now?

Soft and crunchy made no difference.  They were all good

Sshhhhhh!  Don't say whole wheat around the wife.  She really likes them right now.  Say the words, "Whole wheat flower" and they will instantly turn to "Icky".  She's not quite right in the head :chuckle:

Haha thats funny.

Um the groupings are actually pretty good. I notice it does shoot straighter and for some reason I can shoot better groups at night :dunno: not quite sure why that is. I gotta get used to shooting again though arms are sore already. I like the meta its just big enough for me to see but it doesnt get in the way of my target at all.

Hey!  Be careful calling my Super-Deuce 38's "meta" :chuckle:

The aperture on that SD38 is slightly larger in diameter and more true to string angle than what you had on there before.  That should definitely improve your vision in low light.

No big deal. "Meta Peep" is a trade name of G5 Outdoors.  Now if Lou Grace and family were not such nice people... :boxin:  I'm pretty lucky to be in a business where all my biggest rivals are good fine people.  Fletcher's, G5 and Specialty all fine products all good people.  Make's the ATA show feel like a family reunion  :party1:
