Just a heads up for you Pork Shoulder people--Safeway has bone-in Pork Shoulders for 99 cents a pound (Club Price).
There are 2 shoulders in a package.  Cut in two, they will make 4 smokes for Pulled Pork.  They are HUGE!  :drool:
