The wet side permits all have good access and my experience in Monroe and north Skagit is its very easy to get away from people.

Depending on your disability and budget I would consider hunting over with Dale. I believe he has near 100% success rates on spring bears in his area and would be one heck of a guide.

Gonna be tough hunt but I think an outfitter that can get you set up in a blind via a quad would be a good way to plan a hunt. Either way I wish you luck in bagging a bruin.
