Those look YUM-O!!   :drool:     I suck at shucking oysters... Any tips?
Easy tip and it works for me, shucking knife and pliers.
Hold the oyster flat side up, take the pliers and about the 2o'clock postion on the shell  (where you force the shucking knife in)  break off a little shell, the opening will be exposed and then use the knife to open it up, easy peasy and no stab wounds in your hands... :chuckle:

Thanks Buckmark.  It seems there are always a few that I struggle with opening.
