It better be OK or I am poaching and baiting.
Unless you know of a good way to make horses quit pooping.   :chuckle:

dont forget that fly hunting is leagal with cats. mine have windowed a few in the past & knocked a few down while in flight. might also set up a bait site to up your odds at a trophy.
i dont see any thing in the regs prohibiting the use of bait or cats.

Maybe there needs to be a biggest fly contest with rules set out on baiting or not? Inside house or outside?  Could be fun for those bowhunters trying to maintain their accuracy and precision in the off season.

when i broke my leg i had to stay on the couch for 2 weeks straight and then they did surgery but anyways a friend bought me a sweet blowgun with tons of sweet darts, they even had broadheads, well after a 100 shots or so i stuck a fly from about 8 to 10 feet, also the wife was kinda pissed about all the little holes in the wall and of course the few strays that stuck in the wall out of reach.... but hey it was a blast.... congrats on a fine kill....i agree we should have an off the wall kill thread, ya know for mice, turbo spiders, big flys and the monster mole that you blow up wuth the 12 gauge in the front yard

as far as the fly thing goes, you need to have the hand to wing category to include ninja stuff & the basic swatter technique. might also add a map category. the wife nailed one that was "huge" just last night using nothing more than my umitilla NF map. she was so proud to show me the splat on the wall & i cringed at the sight on the back of my map. be no measuring of that one.

I hear the state will de-list them when there are 8 breeding pairs. This will have to include at least 3 maggots per pair.

Today I heard about a fly-shotgun you load with salt.  He was shooting Carpenter Ants when it broke,so he emailed the manufacturer and they said there was a defect in the first ones, so they're sending him a new one for free!  Sounds like fun!  He said there was a website, but I can't recall what it is...
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

When Bernie Madoff did it, it's called a "Ponzi Scheme"
When Government does it, it's called "Social Security"

I once was sitting with my bow in an outbuilding at my parents ranch. A deer mouse ran across the far side of the room and I staked him to the wall with a rather large 3 blade broadhead.  One of my most memorable bow kills

The carpenter ants have been terrible on the east side this year. I cant remember there being so many of them. I might have to take the Nerf slingshot in search of ''Big Louie'' 8)
