Becky,

God bless you and your family.  Your husband gave the ultimate sacrifice, which speaks volumes about him.  It also speaks volumes about what kind of person you must be.  I will continue to pray for all of you.

There truly are no words to fully express how sorry for your loss I am. This tragedy has touched the core of thousands with grief and sadness, I'm glad that you have taken comfort to know that so many care and share in your grief. Aaron reminded us about what is truly important in life. We have been reminded of how precious life is and the importance of holding our loved ones close and appreciating every minute we get to spend with them. It breaks my heart that you and your children have lost your husband and their father. Thank you for sharing with us a true American hero. Without a doubt, the debt is ours.  :'(

Hearts and prayers are on going for you and your family. Beautiful and gracious letter, yet somehow through my tears after reading this, I feel guilty for you thanking us. We are all one big family!

Thank YOU for the sacrifice that your family has made for us.  We can never repay that.  I pray that God will protect you and your family as you move on and honor the memory of Aaron.

:yeah: :yeah: :yeah: To what everyone has said!!! Thank YOU for sharing your Favorite with us! And we are always here as stated before. I never met Aaron, but I went to a Commision metting in Ellensburg in the spring of  '09, and had the honor of speaking on the same topic (his namesake) and the concerns we had for their well being and survival. I did not agree with all of his ideas for the solution, (but came around to agreeing on some) but admired him for his passion for the colockum elk herd. I can only imagine the passion he had for his family. Best wishes and prayers.......E. D.

I think everyone hopes that when they pass, that they are loved, respected, honered, and leave a lasting impression in the world. Not everyone does. Your husband has done that. Has changed my outlook on life.   Thank you for your families service.

Through weepy eyes I read your post.
We can all feel the heartfelt gratitude in your writing. No fear of not
being "eloquent" ..........your words were beautiful.
My heartfelt sorrow, and thanks, to your family!
God Bless

Regretfully I never met Aaron although I feel like we were friends. We shared opinions on the Colockum and other issues. We all valued and respected his well thought out opinions very much. Words cannot express what I feel for you and your family. Please let me know if there is ANYTHING I can do to help you in ANYWAY. I mean this from the bottom of my heart so please don't hesitate to contact me. It would be an honor to help you with ANYTHING!!! If you move back to Selah and ever need a babysitter for the little ones my daughters (14 and 16) would be honored to help out at no charge.

I have typed, backspaced, typed, backspaced repeatedly here.
I have a shortage of words, again, for what I have just read Mrs. Blanchard.  And a tear again!!!

Your thank you is far, far from trivial.  I wish I could do more as do so many of these HuntWa family members.

Mrs. Blanchard,
My heart and prayers are with you and your family.  You don't need to thank us or anyone, we need to say "THANK YOU"  words can not describe how difficult this must be for you and your family.  God Bless you and the family!!!!
