Monster Blacktail in 564
« on: May 16, 2013, 08:56:48 AM »
This video amazes me every time i watch it.  At first it looked like a 4x4 but then I could see it was a 5x5 and im not positive but it almost looks like it has double eye guards on one side making it a 6x5.  This is the only time i have ever got a pic or video of this buck.

I wouldn't classify that as a monster but its definitely a nice buck. The extra off the base just adds character.

Its definitely not the biggest buck that I have ever seen, however on the other hand I don't think that the video serves him justice.  Especially with the angle that we see it at.  It isn't easy to see but he is definitely much wider than his ears.

yeah i agree i mean he is for sure a shooter for me but i wouldnt even consider him a booner, so not a booner not a monster but on the other hand a really nice shooter blacktail with cool character

Looked young with awesome genetics. GIve him another year or two and he'll be a masher.
