Who Shot this WY Bull?

A client of mine owns the land this was taken on, I just found out. Who took it?

I'd offer to be your appointed arrow flinger, so you don't have to bother with all the practice, getting in shape, and the long boring drive to wyoming. Except, that is a once in a lifetime bull and it's your turn. Go gettum P-man! I will be hunting down there also so if the timing is right i will gladly help to pack one out. My folks live in Cody, we could stay there for free, home cooked meals, good hospitality. All it would cost ya would be some access to that land. I'd split the gas with ya..
