My buddy sent this to me a while back. Brings to mind that phrase "just cause you can doesn't mean you should".

Let's not bring logic into this discussion. I've had, and still have, more than a few guns which have no logical or practical purpose. :chuckle: They're usually my favorite ones!

It is funny how the 950 JDJ makes a 50 BMG seem practical by comparison.

Yeah, makes that 50 BMG look like a varmint gun.

not "the largest"... but big, no doubt!

as for "biggest," how does 3500 grain, 1.326" diameter sound?   :yike: :bdid:

First vid ive seen on here a year or two ago, the last one, thinking a black powder rig, would not be as bad as a fast powder burner.

I'd guess you're right, but i don't want to shoot either!   :yike: :chuckle:

I'd put money on the .950 having much sharper recoil than the 2-bore, but 1/2 pound projectile has to be a bad idea from a shoulder fired rifle!

I've been trying to come up with the next gun I want to put together, and I'm thinking that the 950 JDJ would make a heck of a single shot pistol. I was thinking of a 408 CheyTac, but the 950 would be even more useless and awesome at the same time! :chuckle:
