Not sure why all of a sudden i am interested in Muskrats??  I live in the Mojave desert hundreds of miles from any of the critters.  I think I would enjoy trapping them but probably would never be willing to give up a bobcat season to do it.

They definitely aren't as much of an adrenaline rush to walk up on like a cat!  Pretty cool to have a big fat stack of rats in the truck though.  Skinning is boring for rats and a little stinkier than bobcats.
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.

I think I know why. I had two $17 top lot rats at the last sale. That kind of price would spark anyones interest.
