12 Day Vacation
« on: May 29, 2013, 09:12:23 PM »
:tung: So the wife and I were going to go to Hawaii in June but because the air fare was to high we postponed the trip until late November.  So I talked her into a 12 day road trip ;) We will leave Battle Ground and drive to Spokane, gonna spend two days in the area and then head north hitting the towns and lakes along the way until we get to the border, then  we will head west until we get to the coast and then head south down the coast until we get to Longbeach and then back home.  We have 12 days to play and explore.  For stop overs we are planing on camping and staying at  Bed and Breakfast.   I will have my pontoon boat, and fishing gear, for places to fish. We both like checking out antique stores and historical sites.  So my question to you all is this;  Any suggestions on where to go and do  :dunno:, what would be the must see and check out places.  And where are the killer local places to eat.

I would definitely check out "Coeur d'Alene" it's well worth it.  Maybe a night at the Casino or just hang and eat at Cedar's the only floating restaurant.
