Montana Spring Bear

Three friends and myself had a great time on a DIY spring bear hunt in NW Montana last week. We came home with two bears, though everyone had an oppurtunity to pull the trigger some were looking for something bigger or a different color than they already have at home. I took my bear at 70 yards with one shot from a 140 grain Accubond from my Sako A7 .270 Win. after he popped up on a gated logging road while we were skinning my friend's bear.
