To answer your other question I use a QAD drop away rest

To find out if you are having contact issues with your drop away rest, put some talkum powder on the rest and shoot. you will notice the powder marks or lack there of on your rest.
In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

Just a light coat of the powder?  Won't it be noticeable by the rest falling?

Rub it ion the rest OR the fletchings if your using plastic. It will leave a residue to you to check out.

shoot her through paper , if it shoots well then find your consistant anchor point with your eyes closed , set peep to your anchor point . sometimes a kisser button helps with anchor , then make sure you set your finger on the trigger before release and don't grip .shoot at ten yards till your packing arrows then move out .

The problem with me shooting through paper is I don't know how to adjust from what the tears are showing me. I have never seen it done and don't quite understand. I shot again tonight and seem to have found my composure again it's defiantly not hitting my rest and was shooting better then yesterday

My guess (based on the bad habits I get into at times) is that you're doing a combination of 1) punching the trigger, 2) collapsing your bow arm, and 3) lifting your head to see where your arrow hit.

Just focus on form and don't worry about where the arrows are hitting right now.
