6 TB lime juice (3 limes/juiced)
4 tsp Honey
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 red onion, diced
2 cans black beans (rinsed)
2 red bell peppers, diced
2 avacados, diced
1 english cucumber diced
Mix and eat with tortilla chips. This is WAY good stuff. I would add a bit more "heat" (jalapenos, cayenne, chipotle etc. ) if it weren't for the rest of the family, but this is a good base.......Give it a try.

A bit more stable than tomato based salsas, IMO
