Peaches Wolf-
« on: June 07, 2013, 05:50:31 PM »
My dads neighbor was up early this a.m. to his horses going crazy. Stood outside for a while and heard a wolf howling. Not too long after he saw it in the field by his house. This was in the Peaches Ridge Unit just outside of south cle elum.

I kill elk and eat elk, when I'm not, I'm thinking about killing elk and eating elk.

Also heard from a guy up at Sun Country golf that saw 2 wolves chasing a heard of elk thus morning. Which it wasn't that far away from the last sighting.

Should bring a huge grin from the USFWS and WDFW, release and discover.

My Brother swears he saw one up the LN last year, but to be honest, I was not sold.  I guess just because I have spent 20+ years there and never seen one.... now I am wondering if he was right :dunno: :dunno:

I have seen two in the Little Naches.

Heard howling on the opener last year at dawn.  Kind of spooky to hear it the first time out there in a hole and all on your own.

They weren't two-points, so probably.
