Game cameras
« on: July 17, 2015, 09:33:38 AM »
I'm looking to pick up two new game cameras for around 200 or less for the pair what cameras are you guys using?

I already have a wildgame blade 8 and it works ok but there is no way to check the pictures in the field unless you have a reader. What else is out there?

Also, needs to be very waterproof it rains a ton out here.

I would say look to ebay for some older model Moultrie cameras  :twocents:
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.

I just picked up 2 of these http://amzn.to/1MajfPW last month for $79 because it was too good a price not too, but the price is up to $130 now.  :sry: They don't have view ability in the field but i have been looking at getting one of these http://amzn.to/1MajASXfor that purpose. Other option is to take my DSLR camera with me to use the screen on the back of it.

Now if I could only figure out where to put these things and what kind of bait/salt lick to use...?  :dunno: So much to learn....  :yike:

This was at the Smokey point location, but im sure others have them.

Check Amazon.
I got the Moultrie M-990i Game Camera (2014 Model) for $99.
The price fluctuated a little, but if you're patient it will hit that <$99 mark.
Good luck.

Might want to check out the site link below.  Lots of great reviews.  Was shopping for a couple cams and after checking prices, etc. on Amazon, Cabelas, etc., settled on buying from these guys this morning.  Reason.....comprehensive reviews, free SD card or lock box with certain cams,  2 year warranty instead of mfg. one year warranty and 90 day no hassel return if not satisfied.  On top of that, no sales tax and free shipping over $100.00.

Might want to look.
