Nothing bigger than 1/0.  Mostly smaller sizes in #1 #2 and #4 hooks.  Just got back from Palouse yesterday.  Fishing was OK.  11 cats Thurs eve. and friday Morn between thre of us, then it was slow friday night and all day saturday.  We did catch six more keepers on Saturday evening.  Couple buddies stayed over there Sunday night and this morn.  Haven't heard if it's picked up again.  But, it appeared spawn was slowing down for Carp and cats and the cats were moving back down river towards the Snake.

I fished the river all day saturday.  Just up from the mouth!  Not even a bite, what bait is everyone using ? We were n a 14 foot aluminum boat. Probably seen you out there!
I kill elk and eat elk, when I'm not, I'm thinking about killing elk and eating elk.

Yes, I remember seeing your boat.  I was the one in the green 16.5' welded aluminum w/white outboard.  Typically had three people in it.  My buddies boat was the white 14' livingston with a couple people.  We were using mostly cut bait, Carp & Bluegill.  One of the bigger boats hit a big carp and we scooped it up for bait. Works great, when they are biting!

An 11lb fish for the mens category and 8lb fish for the women's category.  Don't remember any names.  But, 8lb fish was caught while we were there.
