Damn!  That's all I have at the moment.

:yeah: That about sums it up. Stay positive and know we are all thinking of you regardless if you check in or not. Make as many memories as you can with your family and check in time to time if you have a free moment, just so we all know our thoughts and prayers are still working.

I know we aren't supposed to curse but keep kicking ass damnit!  Very glad to see you are still swinging, and you are right, your time is much better spent with your loved ones.  Check in when you can.

Ice, you've been put through the wringer and yet you still are upbeat.  You sir are one heck of a fighter.  I say, you've got a great shot at kicking this crap.  Geez, look at the other stuff, sepsis...  My dad fought until sepsis got him.  You're here and I'm dang proud to read your words.  Your wife and kids are troopers, but it sure sounds like there's a ton of Ice in their veins too.

Cheers brother!  I'm praying for you.

I pray I never face anything like this, but if I do I hope I fight as hard as you are and live with as much grace and strength as you are.  Keeping you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.

I admire your strength, Kevin, and hope you prove your doctors wrong. What an incredible fight you're putting up up! I can only hope to be that kind of man in your situation. Thank you for letting us know what's been going on. Please do stay in touch more often..

Wishing the very best for you and your wonderful family.  Have always enjoyed following you and your kid's outings over the years.  As proud as you are of your children, I'm equally sure they are as proud of you as well.  They are indeed lucky to have a Father like you who shared so much quality time with them.

Keep up the good fight....you and your family are in all of our prayers.

Forgot to add, since last January, I have had 3 kidney stones surgeries, had Sepsis, a blood infection after one of the surgeries and had a major DVT blood clot with hospitalization too. I keep asking my wife what did I do to piss off god. :dunno:

Scariest was actually the DVT. That can kill you quick. Well, sepsis too...

Kevin.

Kevin, great to hear from you. FYI - There are some alternative remedies for kidney stones that might save you from future kidney stone surgeries. I've used these remedies twice and resolved the problem. Let me know if you want the info.
