When I saw the title, I immediately thought Oregon................never thought anyone cared about CA results.  :o

California has some of the best blacktail deer hunting.if you want a Boone & Crockett buck, northern CA is the place to go.

Has anyone on here ever applied to cali?  Funny how it is the most populas state, but I spent some time there this spring hiking in Death Valley, and I was suprised how remote eastern California is.
