15 antelope points and still unsuccessful.  I guess it's Kodiak silvers for me this year.

Opportunist.... good call on the eagle cap rifle tag. my uncles dad and i will be joining you this year. What part of the unit do you hunt? when did u hunt it last? good luck this year.

A few guys my dad work with drew the Ochoco unit archery elk tags. One of the guys just moved there from Texas last fall and didn't have any points going in. He was lucky and went in with a few guys who had points and they drew.

I tried for pine creek elk with three points and got skunked. A friend of mine drew the Applegate late muzzy tag with 9 points. If anyone has any tips they are willing to give it would be greatly appreciated.

Nothing for me, so I have 14 points going into next year. My step brothers 13 yr old son drew an Owyhee sheep tag his first year being able to apply. :tup: Frustrating but happy as heck for him and his dad.
