A vetrinarians statement of climate acclimation or something like that can override the set temperature restrictions,I know I've done it with the dog I shipped to kansas city.

Continental has no heat restrictions. Delta has certain cities where they are running flights that have no heat restrictions.

Continental has no heat restrictions as said and they keep them in a climate controlled van before and after take off
