Congrats to you!!! I guess they really do give OIL tags to out of staters.

I was just as surprised!!! Never knew they gave OIL tags to NR either.  And only 4 pts. too.  :dunno:

congrats on your tag if that is the unit I am thinking about it also has an unlimited tag sheep hunt that i did 20 some years ago. It is an awesome goat area(you probably already know that) I seen some nice goats on the sheep hunt and have some freinds still living in mt that drew the goat tag. PM me the unit and I might be able to share some intel if you need it.

I have hunted sheep in the Spanish Peaks area. On the right side headed south out of Bozeman, North of the ski resort.     What unit are u in?

Actually Spanish Peaks is its own goat unit.  I am assuming from what he said (Gallatin Rang) that he drew 314.  Cedar Mountain and Lone Mountain are in the Madison Range unit.
